Our Promise

We promise to speak life into every woman we reach. We promise to remind her that she matters, her voice carries value, and her worth is God‑given and unshakeable. We promise to create a safe, uplifting space where healing is possible, confidence is restored, and identity is reclaimed. Through Christ‑centered encouragement, psychology‑informed support, and a sisterhood rooted in grace, we promise to walk with women through every season of life and helping them to rise, shine, and live as the chosen, crowned, and purposeful women they were created to be.

“To care for the needs of all who mourn in Zion, give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes, messages of joy instead of news of doom, a praising heart instead of a languid spirit. Rename them ‘Oaks of Righteousness’ planted by God to display his glory” (Isaiah 61:3 MSG)

A letter from Belinda

To every woman reading this, I want you to know something: you are chosen. Not because of your past. Not because of your pain. But because of who God created you to be.

My journey has not been easy. I grew up in an alcoholic family, carrying wounds long before I understood what healing meant. As a child, I was made fun of for my weight, undiagnosed ADHD and struggled with dyslexia, which made me feel unseen and “not enough.” Those early experiences planted seeds of insecurity that followed me into adulthood.

I survived domestic violence. A season that broke me in ways I never expected. When I finally left, I faced homelessness as a single mother, trying to stay strong for my child while feeling completely empty inside. I know what it feels like to have nowhere to go. I know what it feels like to wonder if you will ever rise again. But even in my darkest moments, God whispered to me: You are chosen! As I healed, God began to reveal something deeper. God gave me this vision. A vision to uplift women who feel broken. A vision to speak life into women who feel unseen.

A vision to remind women of their worth, their identity, and their purpose. A vision to turn my pain into purpose and my story into a movement. That vision became The Chosen Women. This movement is not built on perfection, but it is built on redemption, healing, and on identity. It is built on the truth that God gives beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, and praise for heaviness. Today, I stand as a testimony that broken beginnings can lead to beautiful callings. And I am here to remind you:
